This is the website for 'Two Door Cinema Club', an indie band from Northern Ireland. At the top of the page, they have their latest music video playing automatically as soon as you enter the site. this immediately advertises their music before you have even found out about the band. Also on their home page, they have links to their upcoming gigs, videos and photos and also a link to sign up, to get the breaking news on the band and their events. Their social media links are also highlighted right at the top of the screen.

This is the website for Ben Howard, a solo artist. His website is much plainer than Two Door's. He has a picture of himself and links to his newest album and single right at the top of the page. He has no links to anywhere else on the website, just his homepage has the dates of his upcoming gigs. He only has one social media link which is tiny at the top left of the page.

This is the album cover for 'Foster The People'. They are an indie band from the UK. Their album cover features the main men in the band, all in the same setting with similar props. It is quite hard to distinguish who is who due to props obstructing the picture.

This is the album cover for Alt-J's album 'An Awesome Wave'. This is a contrast to Foster The People, as this is very abstract and doesn't mean anything in particular. It doesn't advertise the band in any way, which leads us to wonder why they used this piece of artwork.
